Installation Flexibility

Install the plug and play SD2 as either a 2U rackmount UPS or a freestanding tower simply by adding the accompanying handles or optional rack supports. LCD display panel rotates 90 degrees to suit your setup.

Designed to handle non-linear loads typically found in blade servers, the single-phase UPS uses ONLINE double conversion technology to ensure maximum protection, quality power (1 pf), and high efficiency (up to 93.7%).

Developed by Riello UPS’s R&D team, Sentinel Dual2 delivers enhanced performance compared to traditional ONLINE UPS systems. Its newly engineered inverter offers high efficiency in ONLINE mode and a power factor of 1, making it one of the most advanced energy conversion systems available.

For applications requiring extended battery runtime, ER models are equipped with more powerful chargers, allowing autonomy to be increased to several hours (2200 and 3000VA versions).

Flexible Design & Easy Management

Sentinel Dual2 features a sleek, modern design that supports both tower and rack installation. The LCD front panel displays input and output voltages and battery levels, while the LED status bar provides immediate visual feedback on UPS operation.
