THE ROLE

Job Title – Technical Support

You will be responsible for delivery of all aspects of technical support to both internal and external customers both pre-and post- sales.

You should be an experienced technical support engineer with knowledge of UPS design and installation, and excellent communication skills.

The main duties of the role include:

  • Assist the Sales team in pre-sales technical consultation, ensuring client requirements are met through resilient system design
  • Where required, attend customer site to assist with fault finding, investigation and resolution
  • Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and user documentation (switching procedures, method statements etc) upon client request
  • Post-sale technical support via phone and email
  • Ensuring the company is operating to the relevant technical safety standards
  • Monitoring and management of all product issues, warranty claims or failures
